Ejari certificate or a residential property title deed in the name of the Proposed UAE national advocate

copy of the proposed UAE national advocate’s registration card, or an evidence of fulfilling the requirements for registration stipulated in Article (7) of the Bylaw Concerning the Registration of Advocates in the Emirate of Dubai, and its amendments.

The applicant advocate undertakes to cancel any commercial licences under his name (As an owner/ manager/ service agent).
The applicant advocate undertakes to resign from any position he occupies in the event of obtaining the initial approval for the office licence.
IIn the event the applicant advocate owns an advocacy firm in another emirate, The applicant advocate undertakes to appoint a full-time UAE national advocate in the firm’s branch in Dubai, once the initial approval for the license is given.
In the event the applicant advocate owns an advocacy firm in another emirate and decides not to appoint a UAE national advocate in the firm’s Dubai branch, the applicant advocate undertakes to cancel the branch outside Dubai once the initial approval for the license is given.
