2. Letter(s) Evidence of a legal experience issued from the entities the experience was acquired evidencing (2) years’ consecutive experience in the UAE.
The legal experience must evidence that the applicant undertook legal training that resulted in the applicant acquiring legal knowledge and understanding of the law and legal skills required to perform duties of a legal consultant.
In addition the applicant must through the acquired experience evidence competent capability to manage and operate a legal consultancy firm:
